Returns

We would like every customer to be satisfied in their purchase, however, if for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly return or exchange your product.

Please note that the products services are consumed with the purchase, shipping & handling of items under this agreement.

  • All returned items along with the request for a refund must occur within 10 days of original purchase.

  • Please send us an email to request your RMA, or return merchandise authorization.

If you wish to return an item that possesses a manufacturing fault we will offer a refund for the same price. Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 10  days of receipt. Refunds will be given after an inspection of the product.

Manufacturing faults by definition are immediate production based abnormalities such as wrong orders and worn goods on arrival. Manufacturing faults do not include faults by customer use, material preference or any other complaint not traced to production.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase

  • All discounted items are exchange only.

If you wish to return and exchange your item, please request an return merchandise authorization or, RMA from us. If approved, and and received in "new/un-altered condition", Be One With will refund the original shipping charges if any were incurred in the original purchase transaction and send the replacement products free of charge.  This offer will be extended only once per original transaction set.
