Returns for Credit
We would like every customer to be satisfied in their purchase, however, if for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly credit or exchange your product.
Please note that the products services are consumed with the purchase, shipping & handling of items under this agreement.
All returned items along with the request for a credit must occur within 7 days after receipt of item.
Please send us an email to request your RMA, or return merchandise authorization.

If you wish to return an item that possesses a manufacturing fault we will offer a credit or exchange for the same price. Simply contact us for an RMA and return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of approval. Credit or Exchange will be given after an inspection of the product.
Manufacturing faults by definition are immediate production based abnormalities such as wrong orders and worn goods on arrival. Manufacturing faults do not include faults by customer use, material preference or any other complaint not traced to production.
Returns for Exchange
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days after receipt of purchase.
All discounted items are final sale.
If you wish to return for exchanging your item, please request an return merchandise authorization or, RMA from us. If approved, and and received in "new/un-altered condition", Be One With will send the replacement product with the additional cost of shipping and handling.
